In May 2017, news broke that Delphi would be splitting up. On September 28, they officially announced the naming of the two companies after the split. They are "Aptiv" and "Delphi Technologies".
At CES in Las Vegas in January 2018, both companies will be presenting together , and announced their new brand image. According to their expectations, the spin-off plan will be completed by the end of March next year, and the naming of the new company will then officially take effect.
