An Aptiv terminal is an input and output device connected to the computer system, usually far away from the computer. Aptiv terminal can be divided into several categories according to different functions. A terminal with some processing functions is called a smart terminal or an intelligent terminal, and this type of terminal has its own microprocessor and control circuit; a terminal without this function is called a dumb terminal, which does not have a microprocessor.
